The following is the Short List containing Register Numbers of the candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of PART TIME  HIGH  SCHOOL  ASSISTANT (ARABIC) on Rs. 5650 – 8790 (PR) in Education  Department   in   Palakkad District notified   in   the   Gazette   dated 14.09.2009 (Category No. 340/2009) on the basis of the Descriptive Type Written Test held on 18/06/2011 The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate the respective rank on the basis of the said test.

Alphabet ‘P’ shall be prefixed to all Register Numbers to indicate Palakkad District.

Note:-

1. Inclusion of register numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of register numbers in this short list does not confer any  right  on the candidates to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the ranked list.

2. The short list is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

3.  The candidates who have secured 75(Seventy Five) marks and above are included in the Main List of the Short  List. The required marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of Supplementary Lists.

4. The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as  per G.O.(P) No.81/09/SC/ST/DD   dated   26.09.2009   shall   produce   the   same   along with  other documents as  and when called for. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regard to such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.

5. The place, date and time of interview will be intimated in due course.

6. Candidates may apply for rechecking of answer script only after the publication of Ranked List.
