PROBABILITY LIST-LD CLERK-EX SERVICEMAN-NCA FOR SC_LC-NCC_SAINIK WELFARE DEPARTMENT

The  following  are  the  Register  Numbers  of  the  candidates  who  are  found provisionally eligible to be considered for inclusion in the Probability List on the basis of OMR Test held on 11.11.2011 for selection to the post of L.D Clerk (Ex-servicemen only) NCA-SC/LC (Cat.No. 440/2009) on Rs. 5250-8390 in NCC/Sainik Welfare Department in Kottayam District notified in the Gazette dated  14.12.2009        .

The arrangement of Register Numbers in the list are in their numerical sequence and the arrangement in no way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the marks secured in the said test.Candidates who have secured 01 (One) marks and above in the OMR Test held for the post are included in the Probability List in the case of Probability List for NCA-SC.Candidates who have secured 4 (Four) marks and above in the OMR Test are included in the Probability List for NCA-LC 

Verification  of  the  original  certificates  to  prove  Date  of  Birth,  Community,Qualification etc. in respect of the candidates included in the Probability List will be held on 01.07.2013 at 09.30 am at KPSC District Office, Kottayam.  The details of which are given in the chart appended herewith.

The alphabet ‘K’ shall be prefixed to all Register Numbers to indicate Kottayam

District.

List of Documents to be produced by the candidates:

1) Date of Birth/Age : SSLC/equivalent Certificate in original with self attested copy

2) Qualification : 1) SSLC or equivalent Certificate

                          2) The copies of the certificates required 

3) Caste/Community :   The candidates who belongs to SC/ST have to produce community certificate in original obtained from Tahsildar and its 2 self attested copies.  Candidates who belongs to Other Backward Classes have to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per GO(P) No. 81/2009/SCSTDD dated 26.09.2009.

4) I.D Proof :   Any one of the ID proofs prescribed by the Commission.

5) Photograph :   One passport size photograph (taken within 6 months)

6) Ex-service benefit :   Discharge Certificate and Pension Payment Order in original and its self attested copy

7) Other benefit :   Certificate concerned in original to made in the application with self attested copy.
